First time here. I called in advance to see how long was wait time and they said my son would be attended right away. We got there and he did. The stylist who cut my son’s hair was very nice and patient with my son even though he was a bit rude to her due to not wanting to get a haircut. She did a great job. Will return again. Hairstyling

I went in yesterday (Sunday) at 10 AM with an appointment, and asked for light violet hair – I got bright inferno RED. Terrible waste of time and money!! I’m so furious! I’m livid!! Ooooh…and the best part…the stylist (her name is Leti) said, “Come back in a month and I’ll fix it…” Wow! So you can charge me again to leave me dissatisfied AGAIN!? Yeah…I don’t think so! There shouldn’t be a reason to need it “fixed” – it shouldn’t have been this color to begin with!!!! Oh, and by the way…this mistake took away 6 and a half hours of my life!! They open at 10 and close at 4 on Sundays… I was out of there at 4:30!! Ughh!!! Never again…
