Great guest service with very reasonable pricing! I was paying almost double for the same beds and not as great guest service! Amanda (I believe is her name) explained in full each package/benefits without making me feel pressured to just make a sale. Okay so I bought my package back at the beginning of them summer and I wasn’t going to share my experience but my boyfriend encouraged me to,. He did so because i am no doubt not the only person who was misinformed or just simply put, ripped off.my first interaction.hapoened via telephone. This did not go well and I should have known by that interaction it wasn’t going to get any better I inquired about the one month free and new client special. The person on the line told me there was no such special as she repeated ” a free month , uh, yeah , I don’t of any such special.”. “where did you receive that promotion?”. I explained to her that it was on the internet ,. Their website in fact. I heard someone say ” yes we do have that special,. They pay for the first month and the next month is free. Then the girl tells me she needs to place me on hold. The manager picks up the phone apologized and roughly goes over pricing upgrades extra. I asked if appointments were recommended and I was told ” no we do by walk in only.”. I thought great . With the body wrap nd the heat treatment for face these services would be by appointment. The manager was short and seem annoyed to answer my questions. I felt brushed off and unimportant. I decided to go in and buy a package was told I couldn’t because they needed a card on file even if I wanted to pay cash. I explained that I had no cards I was going thru identity theft recently and everything was closed and any cards I had were no longer activate I brought was cash. I was told to get a card andif I didn’t have one they couldn’t take me on as a member without something on file. I left there defeated and embarrassed. There were other people in the lobby I come back with the card and they proceed to tell me about the one time fee to sign up. Disturbing but yes I returned. Lol shouldn’t have …they ended up needing appointments for services wrap and told me next time to b call way in advanced to schedule and if I cancel to do so well B4 schedule appointment. I felt talk down to and small. I got the best package and I was to have a month free and my month was cut one wk short and they never honored the free month saying no that I paid over 1oo bux for 3 wks of tanning and that my card was declined and I had a certain amount of time to settle or they delete the account And and if I wanted do membership again I would need to pay the one time fee. Told the girl signing up that the card was only to be on file so I could join . They charged the card three times before the month was up didn’t get treated well I wasn’t informed well and I didn’t get the services I paid for. This place has great beds and the wrap and heat facial nice options but in truth the staff didn’t know their a** from a hole in the ground. I don’t even think I saw the same girl tewice. I have so much more I could rant about but . But this review is already lengthy in short my experience was horrible not once or twice but almost each time I interacted with them . The place is extremely clean and the staff is nothing short of amazing. They are very informative on the beds and the lotions and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. One girl in particular, Faith, was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered. She walked me through everything I needed to know and has greeted me everyday I come in since. All the girls are great and it’s really amazing experience with good pricing for sure! I have been looking for a new tanning place and I found this one on an internet search. The place is extremely clean and the staff is nothing short of amazing. They are very informative on the beds and the lotions and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. One girl in particular, Faith, was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered. She walked me through everything I needed to know and has greeted me everyday I come in since. All the girls are great and it’s really amazing experience with good pricing for sure! Would 100 percent recommend!

I also have struggled with psoriasis and when saying that the owner shared her story with me and recommended different things based on my need/want. I came in for a single tan yesterday and was very pleased with the atmosphere and quality of the products. The girls were nice and not pushy at all. I am not a complete tanning newbie and they provided great info and I decided to tan in a gold bed. I was happy with the tan, & I asked the girls to show me all their beds and services. I was very pleased overall to the point that I have decided I am switching from the current place I’m tanning.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because everyone else loves it too- and there is usually a wait and at this time you cannot make an appt. I know being crazy busy is new and everyone is still adjusting. They all work very hard non stop. No one is ever playing on their phone when you get there.
