Rufus is the best barber. I don’t live in Lubbock anymore ( I was born &raised there)but whenever I go back home, I always go get a haircut. And if I have to wait 1-2 hours for him to cut my hair well it’s worth it. No disrespect to the other barbers, but he’s been my barber for 20+ years. He’s a good man.
