Very nice people, just make sure they’re not rushing and skipping steps when doing your nails. Sam forgot to wipe mine down with alcohol, and really only barely buffed the tops of my nails before applying gel, so the sides started lifting within two days. I went back in and they told me I probably just had oily nails (I don’t, they’re dry and brittle as heck), and instead of re-doing them (since they were busy again, even though I said I’d come back later) Tina put another coat on over the peeling-up layer which of course made it start peeling up even more. I didn’t want to be picky by having them stripped down and done properly, so I just took them off myself a few days later. Image is NOT a bad salon, and it’s a refreshing change to have friendly people….versus, say, American Nails in Waterloo where you might as well be a deaf mannequin for all they care (although my gels from them lasted three weeks!). Just make sure at Image Nails that you speak up if you notice they missed something because it seems like they get in a bit of a hurry.
