I understand eyebrows are sisters and not twins…. But what the actual hell?! I have pictures being taken today today and my eyebrows look HORRIBLE. She rushed through them in literally 2 minutes, took off WAY too much underneath one eyebrow, and left a mark on me. They’re nowhere near the same shape. I’m really upset! Last time I was here, the same woman (Diana) got wax in my hair and ripped my hair out, but never even apologized. Everyone else is really nice there, but Diana is horrible. Don’t let her touch your eyebrows OR nails. She’s terrible at both and has an awful attitude for no reason.

I just went there today with my mom to get our powder dip sets removed, which we got at a different place. We got a new gel set. The staff were wonderful and very gentle on our nails and cuticles. I will be returning here in the future to get them done from now on.

I have been here twice. The first time I did a deluxe pedicure with French polish, very good. Yesterday I just wanted a basic $30 pedicure and it was borderline okay and not very relaxing. Also toe nails were jagged—cut but not filed, half hour out the door, which was fine, but it was only half a job. So I left half a tip.

Absolutely terrible experince! I am new in town and was searching for a good one around my place. I walked in and had classic pedicure with an extra service for callus removal. Various attendants in the past spent most of their time on removing my calluses because I have them a lot. However, my attendant in this salon was very fast and rough, barely attending to the callouses or my cuticles. The skin on my feet is very rough, and I probably need to find another one to remove my calluses. Massage was very quick. She got my legs wrapped in hot towels and moved onto the next customer. Not sure if this is the salonwide issue or just my attendant, but I feel like my money and time were totally wasted for nothing.

My sister loves this nail salon so I had high hopes but I was pretty disappointed. I asked for short-ish almond shaped nails. Instead she did super short not at all almond shaped nails and several of them, as pictured, were not done well. It was sloppy with many of the edges of gel not close to the edge of my finger. My mom came with me as well and hers were even worse! First of all, she had dip powder on her nails and the woman doing hers didn’t soak them at all or use the file to get them off as you should do. She simply put her own fingernail underneath my moms dip nails and just popped them off!! So so bad for the nail ♀️ She then proceeded to make my mom bleed repeatedly with a sharp instrument and her nails, as you can see, turned out pretty bad. Misshaped, uneven, very very sloppy. My mom was, understandably, really frustrated by this experience. Definitely won’t be coming back, we were upset that we paid $30 + tip for poorly done gel manicures.
