I will never return here the lady was rude and when I tried to tell her what I wanted she all I know I know then I went back today and I had the same lady I said I wanted white tips and she put in clear nails I didn’t notice and asked why my nails look clear she said I’m going to paint them I said this is not what I wanted and she was getting all mad and then I got mad and she was yelling and telling and so was I I had to take them off and had to explain what I wanted they said it was my fault and I tried to tell the lady she wasn’t listening to what I wanted so another worker did my nail and she was still yelling and the lady said it’s both our faults wait what ever happened to the customer is always right and when I try to tell them what I want they always say yes I know yes I knowand I can’t even finish saying what I wanted and the lady was still yelling and the other worker said it’s my fault more cuz I didn’t say how I wanted it done right well they never let me talk I forget they can read your mind I’m so over this place

Went in on a Friday, My acrylic nails were done very, very poorly, had to have them repainted elsewhere. Then they started breaking within a couple of days. I have been going to this salon for years and was always happy but after today I will NOT return. It has changed for the worse. My husband got me a 50 dollar gift certificate for the holidays. I was told they would not accept it. So much for appreciating your customers. Three months for an expiration date during covid and the winter months is ridiculous. All of their prices went up and the service declined. I was rushed out, overcharged and my pedicure was far less quality than they used to be.

The ladies here are very nice and kind, but I got a manicure tonight that was a really miserable experience. One of the workers filed my nails down to the skin. My nails were burning as she was filing them; she went too deep. She then told me that my nails were weak, but removed my powder dip polish with nothing but a nail filer. She never once used acetone. I think she destroyed the integrity of my nails. She then asked if I was a smoker, in which I promptly replied no, because she said my nails were yellow. (The old clear powder dip had turned slightly yellow in 3 weeks). I found that sort of rude.

The ladies were very nice and helpful but was disappointed with the outcome of my nails. As you can see in the picture, the layers of polish were not to the end of the nail, and you can see that there is only one layer at the edge next to cuticle. And their prices are not cheap.

I went there with my daughter for the first time. I waited for a long time and by that night my feet and toes have been itching since. I now not only have uncomfortable itching on my feet but I also have huge blisters on my toes that I have NEVER had in my life. I will never return there to get my nails done again. This is so unbelievable and embarrassing. I guess I left a 30 tip in exchange for some weird fungus.

Critical: ProfessionalismI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and why bc I think the staff are unprofessional. The nail tech tells me that I need to grow out my nails and use more powder when I grow out my nails. I feel like I needed to redo my nails bc they were sticking to everything and it was annoying me. Every time I show up there the head boss Ms. Helen always has this tone of voice. What do you need! I have never seen any facial expression from her. She always looks like she’s mad.The nail tech did my nails today and she cut one my cuticles and bleed I asked for a discount she made a snippy comment in her own language. I’m guessing it’s a no. I decided to remain going to that nail salon bc I used to live there and I liked my pedicures from them. I brought my daughter for a manicure the nail tech didn’t really pay attention to what she was saying and that was making me upset. Nice place. I didn’t like the lady I had, she got the drill too hit and burned my skin. She did a good job other than that. The patron next to me raved about her lady being great. It was not busy and I was able to get in quickly. The prices are great, and the place is clean.
