Ok full disclosure, it was quite a while ago when I had my nails done here, but I’m pretty sure it’s still the same technicians. I love this place! I usually feel really uncomfortable at nail salons, I’m an introvert & I don’t get mine done often. But I really felt comfortable here. And I wanted to share the pictures of the different designs I had done! Both times it was the gentleman who did it. He was patient and awesome about trying out the unique designs I wanted and all 3 times they turned out exactly as I hoped! I don’t have pics of the pedicure though. Just fyi my nails are so short because that’s how I wanted them 🙂 I’m definitely going back soon!

I just moved to the Brighton area and was in search of a new nail place and read all the reviews and decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed at all. Has not been updated in a very long time. Although I feel like it is clean, they were not very friendly. But still charged top dollar. When I went in on Tuesday there was nobody really waiting. Parking is OK a little hard to get in and out of just because of the traffic coming for the Burger King.

First time here this past week and had a really good experience. Customer service was great. The only reason for 4 stars is that I’m really big about sanitation from going to cosmetology school and working in the industry for years a while back and while the shop was clean I did not see that that the implements had been sanitized before being used. However, they may have done it prior to the service, so I don’t want to knock it if they did do it and I didn’t see it.

It was ok, but shellac manicure started lifting after 4 days. I didn’t want to go back to get it fixed for sanitary reasons. I didn’t see them open a new sanitized packet for me. They sent me home in toe spacers that were clearly used on someone else. They even had nail polish (not my color). Sanitation is extremely important to me and I will not be going back. Taking shortcuts puts your clients at risk.
