My polish came out great, the place was very clean and had a really nice feel inside. There were big TVS, lots of polish options, and the massage chairs were wonderful. Usually the massage chairs at nail places hurt my back, but these were gentle and felt like a real massage. I was greeted quickly, and I loved that the place was practically empty for my pedicure.

New to the area and finally found a nail salon worth coming back to! Great service! Both Jennifer and Rita were amazing. Got a full acrylic set and pedicure. Showed one reference picture and my set was exactly what I imagined. Salon was relaxing and clean. Will be coming back!

This is my second gel manicure with Image. They did a beautiful job, and had me in and out the door quite quickly—45 mins from start to finish. Both nail technicians were very courteous, did a great job, and answered my questions. Very pleased! They have a new longterm customer! Also, the facility is very nicely decorated, very clean, and spacious. All staff are very courteous. Highly recommend!

We had a party of 4, everyone was pleased with their mani/pedi’s. With it being a home game day I was concerned about getting in but had no problem making a reservation. There were plenty of technicians for all of us and then some. All of them were very knowledgeable and did an awesome job! We enjoyed our time spent there and will definitely visit again.

Really clean and nice vibes but manicurist didn’t do a great job. Firstly, she kept grabbing and jerking at my arms because they were too far away – I was as close to the table as I could be but the arms on the chairs were preventing me from getting any closer. Tried to upsell me on gel and other services and then did an extremely sloppy job with the nail polish. She smudged three of my nails and made a halfhearted attempt at fixing them. I should have spoken up and asked her to completely redo them. Not worth $25 for a manicure.
