I visited the salon for the first time today and let me tell y’all… Everyone was so very kind and considerate. First and foremost, Amongst all the madness going on in the world at this time the employees not only had masks on themselves but offered and made sure that all customers wore one as well, they were only taking customers by appts and didn’t have more than a few people in the salon at a time. Mina took care of me today, I came in for a fill-in and with a few picture references of what I wanted and she helped me decide on the perfect one! I felt very welcomed, the place was very clean, the staff were all friendly, Mina took her time on my nails, made sure I was happy with them and even massaged my hands once she was done. Prices are reasonable and best believe they won me over and have a new customer for life. Can’t wait to go back!! Truely recommend Image Nails to everyone…

This is my 5th time at this place the last time I was here I loved my nails so I specifically asked whats his name and she wrote it down. I came in this morning saw him and 2 guys told me (the name on the card) hasn’t worked there in a very long time. I told them he just did my nails they gave me another guy who I dont like because he burns my nails from doing the Dremel to long on my nails. I showed him a picture of the nails I want which was very simple and it came out horribly. I dont like to argue so I paid but will not be returning.. Whoever Tran is that is who I asked for and I seen him so next time if yall read your reviews make sure your staff dont try to take others customers. The lady is so nice and so is Tran ( I posted a pic of what she wrote down)

He even turned on the massage chair for me. He was very accommodating. My feet were in heaven. And keep in mind I’m picky af. But I’ll definitely be requesting him the next time I go. Mina did AMAZING with my nails. I showed her a picture on how I wanted my nails and she was honest as to the work she could do. She even made sure I had the right shade color that I liked. She mixed a few colors for me to get that RIGHT ONE. She was very nice and patient. Didn’t rush through her work. Very professional. I got rhinestones and it’s been almost 3 weeks and NOT ONE has fallen off. They still look like day one nails. Nina’s mom did my pedicure and she took her time and my feet feel and looks great. I also had my granddaughters with me ages 9 and 10 and they love their pedicures as well. I’m definitely going back. Poor pedicure. Almost did wrong color on chrome nails and left residue under tip that I had to address. Found uneven spots in nails. Dissatisfaction for sure. This was for a wedding this weekend. Won’t come back or recommend.
