Critical: Professionalism, QualityI know this place has good reviews but I’m going to be the bad guy. I needed a trim and tried them out. Never have I paid $20 for not being asked if I wanted a wash, not even offered. Sat in a chair for a quick description of what I wanted and out comes the spray bottle. I was never turned towards the chair to see what was happening, basic stylist 101 I think, and had to ask more than once for more attention in certain areas. And then no drying or styling offered. I know this place has good reviews but I’m going to be the bad guy. I needed a trim and tried them out. Never have I paid $20 for not being asked if I wanted a wash, not even offered. What an amazing experience! You get every penny’s worth with this salon. The customer service is incredible, the environment is very relaxed, and of course the hair styling is exceptional too. Leah is outstanding! Thanks for such a positive first experience.
