There are no words to describe the service I received from Nikole today! First, I arrived a month early for my appointment, because I didn’t pay attention to my appointment date. Nikole, instead of turning me away, made it work even though she had appointments already.

Very disappointed and will not return. I spent $240 for a cut and color. It’s been 6 weeks and my hair is finally starting to come back to life from several gloss and oil treatments. It was completely and utterly fried to a crisp. I have been getting my hair done for over 30 years at salons. 1st thing is I’ve never been charged this much and 2nd thing, my hair has never been left in such poor shape. #disappointedintexas
