Went for the first time yesterday, and I had a great experience! Missy knew exactly what I was explaining to her and gave me the best pixie. The staff was so nice, and I love that they all talk and what not, so the small talk burden isn’t all on me (I’m not good at it). Absolutely going back for touch ups!

I had an appointment for 10am on 10/15/22. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I was late, that my appointment was at 9am. My daughter was originally booked at 9am but had canceled. They said reminder calls were made the day prior. I told them I never recieved a reminder call, and showed them my appointment card . She said there was nothing they could do, and I needed to reachedule. This appointment was booked almost 2 months ago. I have been going to Image for atleast 2 years if not longer. I will not be returning and will no longer recommend them.

Love this salon so much – Missy has been doing my hair for years and always nails it every time. Super chill environment, every stylist is friendly and fun to talk with, mini fridge is always stocked with water, beer, seltzers and wine. I went for the first time to the Salon on Saturday and nervous they would not do a good job on my hair since i had bad experiences with salons not knowing how to color and blow dry curly hair. My appointment was with Rachel and let me tell you she did amazing with my hair.! I would come back over snd over again. I got so many compliments about my hair!

Have gone to Image several times for the past year and I really enjoy going. Rachel does awesome work with hair and all the ladies who work in there are pleasant. Always happy with my hair color and cut when I leave. Only thing I would say is if you go just know it’s street parking only so give yourself a couple extra minutes to find a spot. It’s not bad usually, but sometimes lunch hour or evening is hard to find a spot. Love Image and I will keep going back. 🙂
