I think that is rude to do that when you are with a customer. 2. A roach running on the floor. 3. Cheap products. My hair is difficult but if you use good products any hair stylish can work with it EASILY. This lady made me brush my own hair. I don’t know what kind of hair stylish can not work with mid-length hair. 4. Keratin was not good. I have waited 2 weeks to see the results and have a strong opinion based on facts. It is good for the first week and that is all. I have tried several keratins and you see results for 2 months or more. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI never ever write reviews, however I have never in my life hated my hair this much.Roxy did my hairI come in, sit in the chair, tell her and show her what i wanted done. Mind you that I have naturally blonde hair and it had taken me many many months to remove the red brown i have had previously on my hair… i tell her I wanted dimension, break up the blonde that is so boring and what not. I even showed her my darker hair saying I did NOT like it because of the harsh grow out against my blonde. She maybe spends 1 minute consultating with me before she starts mixing.She mentioned adding a shadow root, yeah sure no problem. However, I did not know she meant that shadow root and the lowlights she was adding was going to be a level 3 or 4!!! It is BLACK in bright lightening. Idk what went wrong, I would assume she didn’t have the correct colors stocked to give me the color I wanted or she just absolutely did not listen to a thing I said. What I was given was not even remotely close to what I asked. I even showed a picture, but she just did the same hair color on me as the girl next to me. Again, my hair was completely blonde now it us a solid black brown. Also she used the same comb on me and the girl next to me. Which is just gross.At the end she tones my hair and I am not exaggerating this part, she maybe rinses me for 30 seconds. No shampoo. Are you paying for the water here or what??? Shes drying my hair and I mention its a bit darker than expected… at some point she says, yeah in 6-8 weeks you can come in to bring the blonde up more or add more blonde, girl.. i was fully blonde when I walked in… i didn’t come to you for you to dye me black brown and for me to come in a month later to give me more blonde!! Ughhh there is maybe 95% dark and 5% light pieces throughout my hair now… its going to take centuries to bring my hair back to the lighter spectrum. Im so beyond annoyed.Like i said its going to be a very very long time before I can have it corrected.:/Now on to the haircut. Woo wee… she cut my hair with thinning shears. The whole haircut (besides the perimeter) my hair is so thin at the bottom, and it looked fine after she curled it and what not… but sweet baby Jesus, when I straightened it, the back looks like I had taken a trip through a wood chipper. Its also incredibly frizzy…. so not only do I have to go and get my hair cut fixed and pay even more but I have to some how get my color taken care of at some point too… also I will add i had hair color all OVER my scalp when I got home. I was so itchy. Please be more mindful of that bc us clients do notice that kind of thing obviously.If you take anything from this review just learn to listen to your client more please, not everyone that comes in should receive the same ash brown.. It is not one size fits all. Also clean the base of your chairs and your shampoo bowl.Update: went to get my haircut fixed, it had multiple holes in the underneath from the texture added. The back was crooked and had major shelfing. I have never had a haircut this bad, no wonder you insisted on curling it… It was unfixable, and I cant even express how annoyed I am that I have to deal with this because of your lack of knowledge. Don’t offer haircuts if you’re unable to execute them correctly. The girl fixing my hair was horrified and so am I to say the least. Now I have to wait 8 weeks for this to grow out and pay even more money to fix what was done. I’d suggest paying for some continued education classes for yourself rather than investing in $800 dollar hair cutting shears that you don’t even know how to use.I never ever write reviews, however I have never in my life hated my hair this much.Roxy did my hair …More
