Not worth my time or money. I won’t be a returning customer. The regular pedicures are inexpensive ($30), which is a plus, but you get what you pay for. The technician I had seemed distracted the entire time and did a half-hearted job. My toe nail polish smudged and didn’t cover my nails entirely. I also don’t think a top coat was put on, unless I unknowingly needed to pay extra for this. When I tried to explain this to a technician, she didn’t seem to care and did not address my concerns. The exfoliation and massage parts of the pedicure were quick and not thorough. Overall it was not a very welcoming, relaxing, or warm environment. Lastly, the chairs were dirty and during COVID times, I don’t think this is safe or adequate. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I feel the poor quality and service deserve a quick note.

I’ve come to this salon before, but only ever got pedicures. They were all wonderful and lasted quite a while (I typically got them before going on 2-3 weeks long trips abroad, so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting them done while on vacation.)

I always find it tough as a guy going to places like this. Sometimes the women customers give you a look like you are invading there space. I sometimes get a haircut there which is fine… most of the time, but mainly for a pedicure. They do a good job. I have tried other salons in HMB but I come back here.

Made an appointment for mani/pedi at noon, didn’t get started until 1pm. Pedicure was the most painful pedicure I’ve ever received. Tech made the cuticles around my toe nails bleed. Mani was less than average.
