Critical: Professionalism, QualityUnfortunately my family was not lucky enough to have a good experience here. My family members had appointments and ones hair was cut 6 inches shorter than what she asked for, Pam claimed she cut her hair “how she does it”. My other family member had highlights done that she is unhappy with, and she avoided a cut and style all together because of what happened to the first family member, even though she was charged for it, leaving with wet hair tied back into a ponytail. These appointments combined were over $200, so to say they were disappointing is an understatement. Both of them cried after the appointment.. Unfortunately my family was not lucky enough to have a good experience here. My family members had appointments and ones hair was cut 6 inches shorter than what she asked for, Pam claimed she cut her hair “how she does it”.
