Johnny did a great job on my 3 yr old son’s hair cut. He has been getting compliments from everyone. Johnny took his time and made sure everything was perfect. We will be back here for the next cut for sure.

Johnny was professional, and gracious(I was 10 minutes late to my appointment)! Real barbershop experience, from the cut (he fixed my SuperCuts debacle), to the conversation. Being newer to the area, looking for a barber can be a difficult process, but I know I found one! Johnny asked me questions about how I wanted my hair cut during the process so that I got exactly what I wanted. I have longer curly hair, and when there’s no product in it, it doesn’t look finished. After Johnny was done, I could tell it was an amazing cut, because it looked styled with no product in my hair! If you need a cut in the Peninsula or anywhere in the Bay, check out I’m Faded, and ask for Johnny!

I dont even know where to start with this place. First off walk ins are NOT welcome and if you have an appointment, make sure you clear our your entire schedule for the day because you will probably be at the shop for a couple hours to get a less than mediocre hair cut. If i could give this place zero stars I would. The owner johnny clearly does not want to make money because getting an appointment is like pulling teeth at this “establishment”. If you want to waste your time and probably not even get your hair cut this is definitely the place for you!

Barbers are skilled, talented, and have the chops. Problem is getting an appointment is a frustrating exercise as Johnny has left it to the staff to schedule their regulars. Scheduling appointments is not the job of the barber, they are too busy doing their work which is cutting hair. They can’t be interrupted to set up appointments while they are cutting hair. There is no online scheduling system either. It is the responsibility of the management to manage the workflow for the staff, and sadly this is where I’m Faded fails… Repeat customers mean recurring revenue but the management has made it difficult for returning customers to come back for repeat business. Without a robust scheduling system they will bleed regular customers.

This is my son’s (11 yrs) favorite barber shop. He would have given it 5 star except he thought Justin was a bit harsh with the the razor and didn’t listen to everything he asked him to do. Overall a great place with great atmosphere and talented barbers.

Through all my years of traveling, this stop is the one place that I can say is hands down the best barber shop I’ve been too. Barbers always tells me, no you dont cut it that way, I’ve been to school for this, I know how its supposed to cut. Not here, Barber Miami says the customer is always right. He’s creative and very talented. I love my hair cut. Looking forward to going back there again. Thanks Miami.

Worse experience ever!!!! I showed the barber a picture of the haircut I wanted and didn’t even do it that way. Told him I wanted a line up didn’t even do a line up. Left hella hair on one side then the other, asked him if he can fix his response was no because he had other people waiting. If you really passionate about cutting hair i believe you should take your time. Plus my appointment was at 430 and didn’t get a cut almost until 5. I would not come here again.
