Consulted Estella about a lip flip. $80 for 8 units of botox. Despite feeling comfortable with only 4 units, Estella still wanted to charge $80 for 4 units of botox injections. She explained for what seemed like 15 minutes why she only wanted to inject 4 units after I let her know the $80 pricing wasn’t going to work for me. Estella assured me that she did not intend to imply that I was getting less than what I would pay for. Just because the spa describes its botox services as “lip flips,” how are they going to convince clients it is worth more than $12 per unit?

I wanted subtle volume and it was refreshing she didn’t pressure me to go bigger, although she let me know if I wanted to, my lips could take more filler. I was one of the first patient to go to Ily Soa when it opened. I was nervous, this being my first Botox experience but Amanda answered all my questions and explained what the expected outcomes would be along with any problems that might occur. I was so pleased with the results that I still come back. Recently she did some filler for my under eye area. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I cannot say enough good things about her and this spa.
