I had several great experiences at I-Luxe for months, but the last three months…not so much. If I ask you if you have time for a walk-in manicure and pedicure, that does not mean that I want them done at the same time. If you don’t have time, just say that. I shouldn’t have to give you my full medical history so that you understand why I can’t twist and turn for you to hurry me through getting my nails done. I am also not thrilled that lately I am paying regular prices, but each time I have someone new who is “in training” doing my manicure and pedicure. I tried to circumvent this by scheduling an appointment with an experienced nail tech, only to have the experienced person do my manicure, but not pedicure.

Quiet. Friendly. They made sure my nails were completely dry before I left. I think this is very important. Their massage for you legs is with oil and hot stones. Different technique but it felt good. TV available but isn’t blaring. Massage chairs are older but still work well. Clean facility.

My friends and I came here to get pedicures. We had the best experience. We would definitely recommend this place. It’s a fairly new location as there was a previous place called Red Nails. The workers here took their time and definitely know what they’re doing.

All technicians do a nice job. I really don’t mind that they communicate with each other, but sometimes the discussions in their language get so they are not allowing for a relaxing time. Also, unfortunately a couple technicians seem unhappy.

They took a lot of time with me to prepare/repair, and condition my nails before applying the dip powder and polish. The salon has a clean environment and their equipment seems to be more up-to-date. And…I also got a surprise…a very nice hand massage afterward! Acrylic nails, Dip powder
