Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI first went to Ilumina Medspa wanting a full syringe of lip filler. Having no idea or education behind filler. I was amazed with the results! Nikki was amazing. I was super nervous, and she walked me through the whole process & if I had any questions she answered them. When I first saw them I was freaking out because the swelling (it is normal) but she calmed me down! The swelling went down and my lips look so NATURAL! Which is what I loved about her she will NOT make you look blotched. Trust her, she’s very knowledgeable about what she does. Also to top it off, her spa is very relaxing & clean. She actually cares about what she’s doing & checks up on you a couple of days after. Cant wait to do something else with her! I had never had a facial before so I was slightly nervous going into it, but Nicole was extremely warm and welcoming and described the entire process in detail.
