Every-time I go here, there is one or the other issue with my billing. I had an eyebrow package with them and they mess it up every-time and pretend as if it has never happened before. I used to go to a salon in downtown and never had any such issues. I don’t think this is worth your time and money. Sometimes the service is slow too, I mean who takes an hour to shape eyebrows.

This is the only place I’ve ever gone to take care of my eyebrows, and it’s the only place I hope I’ll ever have to go! Threading hurts, but the ladies here do an incredible job every time. Every single technician has been both friendly and great at their job. The henna tinting, even for a pale blonde like me, is excellent and lasts the perfect amount of time. Every tech’s shaping has been wonderful. I’ve been coming a year or so. The ladies are very nice and do a good job. I’m sad they’ve gotten rid of all their good discounts, but I think the price is still reasonable. $10 for eyebrow threading, $15 for regular dye, and $20 for henna.

They were nice but the lady that threaded my eyebrows just wasn’t good. I feel like they are uneven and not shaped well. To her defense I told her I wanted thick eyebrows but shaped well and I think she just doesn’t know how to shape so unless you’re already with a good shape I wouldn’t go here. Eyebrow threading
