I’m not even going to give any stars on this establishment. I had a gel pedicure and manicure with dip powder appointment for 11am today. It took the nail tech 3 hours to do my nails and was horrible! Worst manicure I’ve ever had done and it turned out horrible. I’ve never had to be at a salon for 3 hours for the same services! I told her i had a doctor’s appointment at 2pm and needed to leave by 1:15 or 1:30 at the latest. I didn’t get out of there until 2pm and my nails were still wet, even with blow drying them for 10 minutes, which I’ve never had to do before with a dip manicure and I still have marks in the polish! So disgusted with the service. And the equipment in the nail area was old, didn’t work and the fabric was ripped on the chairs. The place just seemed so run-down. The tech was very disorganized and i believe now that she doesn’t know what she’s doing as I’ve never had it done that way before. So many steps seemed to be missed. Then add insult to injury in that I was charged $107 for this hot mess! If I wasn’t running so late I would have stayed to complain more but honestly it didn’t seem anyone was interested as they heard me saying I needed to leave. I will never go here again!!!!

I bring my 6 year old who has very thick, straight hair to this salon for trims with long length layers. Her hair comes out glorious each time and I can get same day appointments. Never too much taken off either. She looks like a doll and I’ve gone to different hair stylists and haven’t had a bad cut. Very pricey for a kid cut fair warning ⚠️

It was a bad experience. I asked the barber to get a bowl cut but she didn’t even know how to do it but she still did it until my hair was messed up and I got another hair style that I never expected that.

I went to Illusions for the first time and Tina did my manicure and pedicure. I was very pleased and happy with the service I was provided. Everyone there was very welcoming and took time to understand what I was looking for. Tina was extremely patient and helpful and I def plan to go back there . Thanks

I have super thin and fine hair but would you believe it looking at this picture taken after having it cut by Grace at Illusions? Grace did exactly what I asked and checked throughout the process to make sure she was going in the right direction. I am VERY happy with how it turned out and I can even style it to easily look like the way it looked when I left the salon.

I have never given much google reviews but it won’t do justice if I ignore to mention about Hair stylist Sunny Just like her name she is so bright and full of energy except that she is too cool and can breeze over any customer with so much care and wonderful result of more than what you asked for. Trust me, you will never be disappointed.

I took my 4 yr old in for her first BIG, salon quality haircut and she wanted a drastic change in length. I was a little nervous at first but the stylist did a great job, took her time, and it eased my nerves. You could just see the joy and excitement in my daughter’s face when she did the first cut and I was so happy and excited for her. The stylist was so sweet and we just had an overall amazing experience. Thank you!!
