Critical: PunctualityI’ve been a client for many years and have always had a good hair cut as the stylist has always done an excellent job.But during this pandemic, I’ve had a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone.Then last week, they finally answer and was told they only doing appointments and was given a choice of 10am or 11am. So I picked 11am and was asked my cell number so they call me and can verify my appointment.So today I wake up at 4am cause I don’t want to miss my appointment and by 8am I’m ready.So I at 10:30am I called them to verify my appointment since they have not called me. No one answers but I leave a message.At 10:41am I get a call from them telling me that my appointment was at 10am and not 11am.It made me so mad since I’ve been waiting for so long to get a hair cutI’m so disappointed that they didn’t even have the courtesy to call and confirm my appointment nor did they to compromise at all.I’ve been a client for many years and have always had a good hair cut as the stylist has always done an excellent job.But during this pandemic, I’ve had a hard time getting anyone to answer the …More
