Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to Tassy to get highlights and a cut last week for my very first time, the highlights were awful, the cut was noticeably uneven & she let me leave with wet hair… I had showed her exactly what I wanted and she said she’ll be able to do that… not at all! super disappointed with how it turned out. The only thing she offered was to come back a different day and she would charge me $50 to redo it. after paying $125. I ended up having to go to a different salon because nothing felt right about how she handled it. Tassy was more concerned with her phone the whole time than showing any hospitality towards me as client. I went to Tassy to get highlights and a cut last week for my very first time, the highlights were awful, the cut was noticeably uneven & she let me leave with wet hair… I had showed her exactly what I wanted and she said she’ll be able to do that… not at all! super disappointed with how it turned out. I stressed how important this was! My hair was past the middle of my back! When I left it was to my shoulders! I was literally in tears. They over charged us! I came in for a simple men’s buzz cut and waited thirty minutes nobody asked me nor told me who my appointment was with.a family walks in behind me and they helped them skipping me looking right at me not a word towards me not one word. I was completely ignored. Finally I got someone to respond to me and got my haircut, but still never ignore a customer.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy wife waited from 2:00-2:55 to get just her face waxed. Several employees walked right past her, one left work for the day and the other had to go home to let her dogs out… no one was at the front desk. The absolute negligence is astounding. Didn’t even ask what y wife was there for. Will not be returning here.
