Very unprofessional. I do not get my hair done very often but when I do I have used this salon for years and used Velma and always had a great experience. I was told she was no longer there but figured I would continue using the salon and booked my appointment. I scheduled my appointment at 4:45pm. I waited 15mins after my appt then the stylist said she had to finish highlights on another customer and that will take 30mins more. When I expressed that I made my appointment for a specific time because I had an event to get to that why my appointment was at 4:45 and I would’ve needed to be done by 5:45, (which allowed for one hour to do a blow dry) one of the other stylus I’m assuming as a manager was very condescending making remarks to me on front of other clients to the effect that I should have planned my time better for these type of situations and “laughing” making comments that I was unrealistic in expecting to be seen at my appointment time and be done with a blow dry within 45 minutes to an hour of appointment time.. Running late is understandable in certain situations but the condescending remarks and laughing at a client is unacceptable.
