I have been getting highlights since I was a teen and I’m now 41. I am new to the area and this was the first place in the area I have been to for my hair. This is the worst service I have ever had. I paid $130 for highlights and it looks like I had nothing done at all. My hair is just as dark as I went in. I have never been so unhappy with a service. My two kids and husband both have made comments that it looks like I had nothing done to my hair. I specifically told the girl that I wanted very light platinum highlights like her hair. When she’s was done she was telling me my hair highlights look natural blonde. She knew that wasn’t at all what I asked for. I might as well took $130 and put it in the trash because it was a complete waste of time and money.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. It was my first time there and they were able to fit me in later the same day. The stylist that cut my hair, Angela, did a good cut but didn’t have any personality. I attempted to make small talk but to no avail. She also did not offer to show me the back of my cut with a hand mirror. I may go back…I may not. And yes, I left her a nice $10 tip.
