WOW!!! I love this place. On a busy Saturday and they got me as a new client. My hair is very long and I wanted a new change. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came for a haircut I told the lady up to how short I wanted it. As soon as she started cutting I notice it was shorter than what I wanted. I told her that I wanted longer and that I didn’t mind the piece she had already cut as long as she cut the rest how I wanted it. She continues cutting it THE SAME after I told her I didn’t want it that short. I told her AGAIN and she proceeds to do so. MY HAIR IS EXTREMELY SHORT . I am very upset on how short she cut it after I told her MULTIPLE TIMES I DIDNT WANT IT THIS SHORT.
