Illusion Day Spa is an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. I am a regular with manicures and pedicures, and have also enjoyed many of the other services provided as well. The ambiance is refreshing, and I feel myself just melting into the comfortable chairs! Charity is an expert in all-things beauty and is thorough with each service. My cuticles are always polished and my skin is left feeling like velvet! I personally also love supporting a local, family-owned business. Illusion Day Spa is community-centric in that they have sponsored local sports teams for kids, provided donations to schools, and volunteered at charity events. Overall, Illusion Day Spa is paradise!

A one star review would be generous. Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. Charity was very rude and offensive throughout the whole service (gel manicure), talked about herself and put others down the entire time, and was checking messages on her watch excessively during the manicure. She then upcharged me by $30 at end of service without telling me!!!! She blocked my phone number and me from her booking site before I even had the chance to contact her about needing my money back. Not to mention the nails she did were absolutely horrible, so bad it kind of made me think she has no knowledge or experience in doing nails at all. So clumpy and the design was awful and not what I asked for at all. Throughout the manicure she said things like “I don’t know how other nail techs get the designs to look so good” and “you gave me a big challenge today but I think I managed”… she did not manage and they did NOT look good. 0/10. Waste of time, waste of money, will never return and neither will her customer who recommended her to me. This is not a real salon DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Charity for over a year and she’s done incredible work. Once you’ve received a facial from Marai you’ll be sure to make it a regular thing. Charity, the small business owner, individualizes your experience by making you feel right at home in the spa and is up for any challenging nail designs you throw at her! Charity always takes any ideas I give her and bring them to life. Not to mention their HydraFacial is to die for! Very clean and organized salon. There is a big selection of dip powders. I received a basic gel manicure. Services were done in a timely manner & my nails came out nice and neat.

I love this place! I believe it may be under newer management. The space has been remodeled It’s clean, the service is fast and thorough. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. I really look forward to coming.
