Holly was great! My bangs are not uneven I just took a bad picture. My extremely thick hair takes forever but she was very efficient and I’m obsessed with how it looks now. Hadn’t had my hair cut/colored in about 3 years and she took it on like it was nbd.

What a little gem, besides having the best staff, the place sparkles with energy and lighting. I felt very welcomed from my first step into the salon. They listen to your ideas and suggest different cuts and hairstyles for your lifestyle. I REALLY Loved the first time client folder, along with the coupons! The owner and her staff are on the “cutting edge” , they complete classes to stay on the trendy side, but also know how to do a roller, set & tease. I am glad I found Illuminate Hair & Spa.

Horrible experience with inexperienced stylist. If you are a blonde don’t waste your money at this salon. She processed my hair 3 different times with nothing happening each time. I was told that it was most likely due to my hormones because I had a baby and to spend more time in the sun. I went to someone else and my hair lifted beautifully. I also received an uneven haircut. I spent a lot of money for nothing.

She has a great drive to further her education in order to continually deliver the best service possible to her clients and it shows – have you seen her portfolio?! Each time, I always wanted her to do the bare minimum needed for the cut – even though I was paying, I wanted her to be able to focus on her “real” clients. But each appointment I had with her, she took the time to give me a scalp massage at the shampoo bowl, and blow dry and style my hair like I was a “real” client and not just a friend. She has a great drive to further her education in order to continually deliver the best service possible to her clients and it shows – have you seen her portfolio?! All I can say is WOW. I’m so glad I found this place after searching forever to find a salon I loved and especially a stylist I loved. I went tonight for my first time for a cut and highlights and gabby was more than perfect! You could tell she really cared about my hair health and took the time to give me knowledge on how to properly take care of my hair now that it was healthy again after chopping off my dead ends! She made my hair so beautiful and healthy and she is the sweetest! I Left feeling like i finally belong to a salon and have a stylist I love and booked for my next visit right away! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!!

Lindsey has been doing my hair for I believe 7 yrs now. She always provides the best service, amazing hair, and great conversation. I have gone through every color, cut, and style and she has successfully performed each with perfection. She gives excellent consultations and explains everything to better understand your hair, and the process. I get compliments all the time on my color and cut.
