Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI honestly wish I could give Kaytlin more than 5 stars. She has been doing my hair for several years. We were paired up by complete luck. I wanted to chop my hair off and the stylist I had booked with called in sick. I was crushed but the very lovely lady I spoke with when notified (Paige) told me that if I was looking to make a drastic change and chop my hair off that Kaytlin was THE WOMAN to do it…. and boy was she right! Kaytlin is an absolute master at her craft- color, cut, styling and now extensions, she kills it every time. Each appointment is personalized and you don’t have to share the space, time or attention with anyone else. Not only does she do great hair, she makes a delicious cup of coffee too! On top of all of that, she is just as sweet as she is talented. I cannot recommend treating yourself to a service with Kaytlin enough. I honestly wish I could give Kaytlin more than 5 stars. She has been doing my hair for several years. We were paired up by complete luck. I wanted to chop my hair off and the stylist I had booked with called in sick. I have “challenging” hair and only twice in my life have I found a stylist that truly cares and makes it a priority to help me feel my best, and Kaytlin does just that. I usually feel like a random person just sitting in a stylist’s chair (in and out – nothing extra) but Kaytlin not only does a great job, but she often takes and posts photos of my hair…. something that not only makes me feel more confident, but is a testimony to how talented she is…. and it may help someone else who has the same or similar hair challenges. She was right on time (maybe even a little early), maintained great communication leading up to and throughout the appointment, and helped me figure out what would be best for me & my hair. Ultimately we decided that extensions weren’t the best fit for me at this time, and she was super helpful in discussing different options with me. I appreciated that she was honest and didn’t put any pressure on me during our consultation. She was right on time (maybe even a little early), maintained great communication leading up to and throughout the appointment, and helped me figure out what would be best for me & my hair. Ultimately we decided that extensions weren’t the best fit for me at this time, and she was super helpful in discussing different options with me.
