I got the illumina you package today which included a massage and facial. To keep this short, the experience was better than I imagined. Lillian had the most perfect bedside manner- talks when you want to and lets you relax in the other time with her. The massage and facial were exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I had my first facial a few weeks ago with Lilian and she was absolutely great! She was very knowledgable, answered all of my questions, and the facial experience was so relaxing. The products smelled amazing and my skin felt rejuvenated after the experience. Not to mention, she has such a kind and warm personality to make you feel at ease. Lilian was so professional and her communication was clear and easy as she communicates via calls and texts. I was able to schedule an appointment online and when a better time slot was open, she texted and offered it to me. When I went in, the space was clean and welcoming. I was in and out with no pain- just great conversation. I was looking for a new waxing place close to my home and found Illumina on Google and am so glad I did! Lilian was so professional and her communication was clear and easy as she communicates via calls and texts. I had anticipated that it would feel very procedural, kind of like a dentist appointment. This could not have been further from my experience at Illumina Skin Care. Lilian took the time to ask questions about my skin, the products I’m using currently, and my hopes for my skin moving forward. From there, she talked me through every step of the facial and let me know when I would feel a pinch here or there or if the machine sounded scarier than it would feel :)She went above and beyond, too, in making this a fully relaxing spa experience. I left feeling more knowledgeable about my skincare routine and fully relaxed thanks to Lilian’s skillful massage and ambient music.Finally, I appreciated that Lilian was clearly invested in what is right for me and my skin. She did not push any products but instead gave good recommendations for me on how to look for an esthetician back home (in Seattle). I could not recommend this experience more highly! I went to Lilian for my first ever facial and I never could have imagined what a wonderful experience that it would be! I had anticipated that it would feel very procedural, kind of like a dentist appointment. This could not have been further from my experience at Illumina Skin Care. Lilian took the time to ask questions about my skin, the products I’m using currently, and my hopes for my skin moving forward. Lilian is just amazing! I was referred by a friend, and I was not disappointed at all. I got a full facial from Lilian last week, and my face still feels great! She provided a cozy and relaxing environment, and I am already scheduled for my next facial. Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

I went to see Lilian for the first time last week, and she was amazing. I had the express facial, as well as some of the waxing services. She was extremely professional, and is great at what she does. It was my first facial so I was nervous as to how it was going to go, and Lilian made the experience calming and soothing, and I will definitely go back for another one. I had a wonderful facial with Lilian. She ensures a very relaxing and calming atmosphere. She also is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and is genuine in her recommendations for at-home care. I have been to places before that insist on regular appointments or additional expensive products without much explanation, but Lilian is honest about what works best for your skin and your routine and provides high quality products at affordable prices. Lilian did a fantastic job! I booked an express facial and I am very satisfied! She seems to be very experienced and gives helpful suggestions. She really takes her time and finds the right treatment for you! I like the products she uses, they are all natural and have a pleasant fragrance. Also the atmosphere is very nice and cosy. At the end I also got a sample to try. After only one treatment my skin looks much better! Additionally I also need to mention that Lilian is a wonderful person, very friendly and personable!
