I want to applaud Lucas’ cool, calm demeanor and the way he and the others encouraged my teenage boy who was nervous about a really, really big change in his hair style. (His first EVER actual hair cut/style other than just trims to his very curly, long locks.)He complimented him and reminded him to think of things he likes about himself and to be proud of himself, knowing that he had built his anxiety up about it over at least 8 months time leading up to the appointment. My husband came in on His birthday to get a haircut here we are new to the state and saw that they had really good reviews so we came in Eamon was the person to cut his hair he didn’t even take 10 minutes to cut and fade his hair patchy on the back and hair line was sloppy 2/10 won’t be coming back to illume barber shop.
