Please beware of this “lash artist”. Communicating with her was great in the beginning. After receiving services with this young lady I had a severe allergic reaction of which I informed her. She was initially kind and apologetic. She requested I update her during my healing process and she would speak with her eye doctor for more help. 2weeks after my full set my reaction had worsened resulting in 2 urgent care visits, several hundred dollars, oral and injection steroids, pain, redness and eye irritation and complete disruption in my day to day life, I reached out to her to give her an update as requested and to my dismay I was blocked on IG and her phone. Please understand I can’t say whether or not her adhesives were hypoallergenic (as she said) as we spoke at great lengths prior to my appointment about my history of allergies as it concerns my lashes. My biggest issue is the lack of professionalism once I expressed there was an issue. Running away from a situation and showing no sympathy whatsoever when I was really kind in a situation where I could have been hostile is extreme unprofessionalism. Please take this warning so you don’t have to experience what I am going through even a month out from my initial service.
