Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in to get my lashes done. Within 1 day one eye was way fuller than the other. I followed all her instructions and still didn’t work. I gave her a call because I was going to see if she could fix and I was first told that she didn’t have any available times until 10/2. Because she had a procedure done on 9/21. I explained the situation and after hanging up I received a text asking for me to come on at 8pm today or 8:45pm tomorrow it also states she is scheduler. Procedure on 9/24. ( so initiallywhen I call they already lied). I explained I have a 12 yr old daughter who has school and I can’t just pull her out of bed at 8pm so I can get my lashes done. Asked for a refund and she declined asked her to come to my home for my convenience and what do you know. She declined. As a business owner I would want to do anything g I could to satisfy an unhappy customer. I would not recommend her at all.
