I brought a photo and explained how I wanted my eyelashes done. One newer and not very experienced girl did my eyelash extensions and I was not happy with the way they turned out, I should have told her, but I didn’t want to make her feel bad. When I made an appointment to have them removed and I explained what had happened, the Office Manager was apologetic and they wanted the opportunity to correct it, as she explained these aren’t their standards. The Office Manager had the senior lash specialist/technician come in and she removed the original eyelash extensions and put new ones on, the way I had asked for them, so I went from very unhappy customer to a happy customer. It’s nice to know that there are still some companies and people that still believe and try to provide good customer service. Thank you to Whitney, Myla and business owner!

5 STARS!! Amyla did my lash extensions and they looked amazing. (I had my lashes done one time somewhere else years ago and totally regretted it). This was my second time getting them and I explained to her what I wanted and she made them look perfect and she is fast. I would highly recommend her. She is a perfectionist.

She’s done my lash lifts, extensions, and eyebrow tints and she truly is very skilled in her craft. She listens to what you want and delivers every time. I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to ILashRx for over 2 years now. Tam is amazing! 5 stars isn’t enough of a review I could give! She is the best in the area. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I am very picky and each time she is always on top of it. They last and she only uses quality products.
