My first time here, but my family has frequented this shop for years. I had already left city nails because they closed earlier then advertised. When I and my niece came in customers were already being attended to and the shop did not appear busy. After being told to sit at the pedicure stations we waited four pedicures later to finally get service. My issue is that Sunday’s shops close early so letting us know there was a wait would have been helpful the customers that were already being attended to hadn’t even received their pedicure’s. We could have made it to another shop in time. Im big on customer service and today was not it.

I had the worst experience. I was a walk in and had been sitting for 34 minutes. At that time a worker told me to go sit down in the lash station. Upon my arrival to the station a walk in sat down in the seat and explained to me that she would move once the worker was ready to install my lashes. However this was not the case. The worker instead did a wax job on the client that came well after me before installing my lashes. I do not care that her service would be quicker. I was next. Next time follow the order of the line. I will never return.

I have been using this business for 5 years. I have always been very happy with the service and the quality of work. My tech for 5 years is An. She is amazing!!! I love this spot. Horrible Attitude/Customer Service/NAIL SET Do yourself a Favor and keep looking for another nail shop. We cannot let people own a business in the community and treat the very same community like ‘ish. We as people should expect more. I believe If you don’t deliver the product as expected, you fix it or forfeit payment. You look silly Arguing with the customer.

I came here to get a gel nail polish manicure before an upcoming trip and right from the start the receptionist was not accommodating and was just completely curt with her service.I should have walked out by that point, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. There was no conversation between me and the lady who did my nails, which isn’t bad if you don’t like to converse with the person doing your nails, but a little here and there wouldn’t hurt either. All the technicians were just busy conversing with one another and everyone always seemed annoyed with any little question or just by giving you directions to go wash your hands etc. The nail job, overall, was alright, nothing special, but the customer service made me never want to go back. The atmosphere and the way they communicate with customers who are paying for good service, is just ridiculous. Also, it’s expensive, I’ve seen cheaper nail places for better quality work. Let’s see how long my gel nails last.

Nice. Most expensive is the nails. The techs there are worth their weight in doing nails with quality and professionalism also they do what’s asked not what they want I like that most of all. Will be back for a Manny & peddy soon.

The quality of their work is terrible, my nails or toes were not at all nice and neat. I had to asked them to take the polish off my hands and toes. Their prices are cheap and so is their quality, i’ll continue to go the the more expensive nail shop that I usually go to.
