they rush through your service no matter if they are busy. If you want a quick fix by all means go, but yea no my feet need time I want sit and relax if I put the massage for 20 mins I sit in chair for 10 and don’t get me started on their full set!! cut on atleast 4 fingers and paint everywhere!!

I have never complained in the past I have always been pleasant and always paid between $60.00 to a $140.00 plus always tip $15.00 to $20.00. however, today I want to actually cry. I paid $60.00 for dip ombre nails for the holidays as today has been my first day off in over a month. My nails look like a two year old did them. I kindly asked if I could pay for them to fix and they just said they look good. I’ll let the rest of the world tell me if my nails for $60.00 plus the f$1.00 fee for using debit look good. . Again, they are just nails and I have never complained in the past even when I did not like the outcome but today I draw the line. Now I am at another salon that will charge me to remove them and reduce $130.00. I’ll pay that fee but I will never use this nail salon again.

Oh my World!!!! LADIES PLEASE BEWARE. I am at a complete lost for words. THIS PLACE IS Horrifying. Unsanitary, Rude, and way overpriced. I wanted to check out this place in our city for myself after reading all of the reviews. THE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE!!!!! Nothing was sanitary about this place (they use the same dirty tools on everyone) CAN YOU SAY FUNGUS?? My total bill $120.00 and after poor services they still said I NEED TO TIP. They even charge a $1.00 fee to use your debit/credit card and if you tip on it they charge another $1.00. My toe nails look as though my daughter did them and my nails- OH MY I can’t find the words to describe what this is on my hands. I believe the health department needs to shut this place down. I do not care how desperate us women are for our nails to look good FIND ANOTHER PLACE, Because this is not the place. If you go please note that you were warned and prepare yourself to be annoyed, upset, over charged, and to pay TWICE because they will not fix what they have done and they will try to convince you that your vision is poor. I can not believe this place is allowed to operate business in our community.

This nail shop has no structure. They’re so unprofessional. I made an appointment for someone in particular, when I get there the person isn’t there and nobody bothered calling and telling me that she wasn’t gone to be in. The. I get a pedicure and the lady KIM was very rude. The guy at the front desk was very as well when I ask for someone else to do my nails. First time 2 Times I went it was as ok. I will not go back to this place again.

Critical: QualityMy mother and I went last week Wednesday to get our toes and nails done for my college graduation. We got gel on our toes and dip on our nails. My bill came up to $150 and I paid $170 with tip. The next night the dip on one of my nails fell off in the shower. My mother and I went last week Wednesday to get our toes and nails done for my college graduation. We got gel on our toes and dip on our nails. My bill came up to $150 and I paid $170 with tip. I’ve completely changed my mind about this salon. I always try to be fair and give businesses a chance, there is nothing special about this salon. To charge $20 to apply nail polish to my toes is ridiculous. And especially when they’re doing it sitting at a table. Most of the techs have no personality and hardly even smile or acknowledge you while doing your nails, so don’t ever feel bad about not tipping them because they surely don’t deserve it. when I asked the owner why would he charge so much just to change the nail polish on my toes and he said to me, ” why don’t you paint your toes yourself at home then.” Then he giggled and laughed it off like he was joking, not taken lightly. You’re a business providing a service and I’m paying you, I’m not asking you for a favor. Be more professional.

So I’ve visited this place 3 times and I probably won’t ever again. First visit, PHENOMENAL experience! Tom did a fantastic job on my nails and feet (purple nails)… Second visit, Tom wasn’t available so I had to sit with Sarah. Not as good of a job as Tom but still satisfied overall because I fill lasted me for a month (sorry I don’t have any pics of that set)… Third visit, made an appointment with Tom; like called into work and told em I’d be late because I needed them done that bad! Idk what went wrong but after 1 week 1 of my acrylics had snapped in half and others were chipping and the manager had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault because of opening my Christmas gifts nah son, it was a brand spankin new set and I ALWAYS keep my nails for 3-5 weeks no problem. And the pic of the black nails were taken 1 day after getting the set
