Positive: QualityI got a pedicure here a couple of weeks ago. Place is small on the inside but beautiful and relaxing. They have several options and price ranges for their pedicures. I got the second option. The menu stated that it would be $36, but I was charged $38. I assume the additional $2 was for trimming my toe nails down. Lol! Don’t judge me, it had been a while since my last pedicure!! Anyway, I think they are a little pricey but the pedicure was great! The massage was great and the attention to detail was phenomenal! I don’t remember my tech’s name but she was great and did not rush me once other customers began to come in. I enjoyed this place and will definitely be going back. I did not get anything done to my hands but I think they do beautiful nails. Every single time I go I feel like I’m visiting friends and family, they always greet me by name and I’m not even a regular who visits every 2-3 weeks, I maybe visit a few times a year. But today, Tuttie and her staff went above and beyond my expectations. Not only are they taking EVERY precaution during this pandemic, which made me feel calm and completely safe, but she saved my entire weekend and week by squeezing me in completely last minute at the end of the day So I can be ready for big events next week. I live 45 minutes away from New Orleans Lakeview and will make the drive every single time, because no one else compares to their product quality or customer service.I love I’land pedi spa!! Every single time I go I feel like I’m visiting friends and family, they always greet me by name and I’m not even a regular who visits every 2-3 weeks, I maybe visit a few times a year. But today, Tuttie and her staff went above and beyond my expectations.
