Recently, I had an energy therapy session with Ilana. Having checked in with me, she created a safe boundary for me to be able to allow myself to let go completely and trust that I’ll be supported and guided throughout the process. As a result, I was able to become aware of fears that have been mostly unconscious and to allow myself to release them. After the session, I felt much more grounded and flexible. Ilana is one of the most aware and compassionate practitioners, I have ever been to. And I have been to many.
