Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI did a hair takedown. My Appointment was at 10am yesterday. Once I got there I text her no response so i called and told her i was at the salon, she acted like she had amnesia not knowing she told me to come that day and time. After seating outside in my car for 40min she finally arrived. Night before my appointment Marta told me to send a pic of my hair so she can determine the price. I did just that. She knew exactly what kind of faux locs I had.Once i got inside she had a whole attitude talking about she didn’t know these were the faux locs i had and that she gave me the wrong price because the locs i had takes a long time to take down. So i asked l how much? Her response was it’s a lot! Smh (not answering my question) but okay. I let her continue and I realized she was letting out her frustration out on my hair (scalp still sore) and she basically complained the whole time in Spanish to her coworker to the point where I asked her if she’s able to do It! than I realized she was cutting my locs too short i told my hair is a kind of lengthy, when i realized she cut my real hair instead of apologizing her response was “these are hard to take out and your hair is blended with the faux locs” lies because my hair and the faux locs were to different blacks! Got home washed my hair and i realized she cut more than an inch off my hair to where it’s noticeable. She was my only option everyone else was booked but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME! when running an establishment you have to value your customers time and money! You’re not doing It for free so don’t catch an attitude when your the one who said YOU CAN DO It!………….I wish i would’ve read these reviews before i wasted my time!I did a hair takedown. Once I got there I text her no response so i called and told her i was at the salon, she acted like she had amnesia not knowing she told me to come that day and time. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFirst I want to say that this place is VERY unprofessional! There were kids running around dirty in sought diapers and the place has a HORRIBLE smell! I stayed because I needed my braids done last minute, overlooking the uncleanliness! Martita started on my jumbo lemonade braids and upon doing the first one I noticed she was doing it big in the beginning and smaller at the ends and I advised her that I wanted them all the same sizes. Her response was that she would have to use more hair, I said that was fine! It seemed like after that she had an attitude and started to be tougher with with my hair! I will NEVER go back to this place and I would never recommend it to ANYONE!!! These good comments have got to be fake cause ain’t no way! There prices aren’t any better than anyone’s either!!! First I want to say that this place is VERY unprofessional! There were kids running around dirty in sought diapers and the place has a HORRIBLE smell! I stayed because I needed my braids done last minute, overlooking the uncleanliness!
