Noelle is GOLD STANDARD. Over the years, my hair has significantly thinned out, and it became a struggle to style it in ways that made me feel confident and beautiful. I attended my best friend’s wedding in October and met Noelle in the bridal suite that morning. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment with Noelle on, December 11 at 8 o’clock. She text me the night before at 10:30 to let me know that she needed to cancel and that she would not be able to reschedule me. I text her back that I had waited over a month for this appointment and she’s texting me at the last minute I told her how unprofessional that was and how she was unwilling to reschedule me as a priority because she’s canceling. She got upset and text me back very rudely. Starting January she’s only going to be available one day out of the week. What kind of business is is!! A unprofessional one! I don’t know how many salons or hairdressers give their customers only one day for service. If you’re looking for a hairdresser I would highly highly highly recommend you find someone else and not go here!! Her policy for cancellation is 48 hours or she will assess a late cancellation fee but she couldn’t even give me a full 24 hours to let me know or to reschedule me. How rude and unprofessional. Not only was she precise with everything but she made sure I was completely happy before I left, her setting is so nice and relaxing and you can tell she was born to do hair! I will definitely continue going back!! Her pricing is amazing, along with her great work!
