Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment with Roxanne and she was absolutely incredible! She was already standing there waiting for me when I showed up and took me in right away, and was constantly keeping me updated on what she was doing with my hair, how she was going to do it, and more. She is very educated on what she is doing, and kept telling me the truth and outcome for the ways I wanted to style my hair. I am extremely satisfied with my hair and I will be coming back for a color next time! Roxanne was amazing, very gentle, and I really liked how she told me what she was about to do before committing to it, just to double check with me. I definitely recommend this place and especially Roxanne herself. I had an appointment with Roxanne and she was absolutely incredible! She was already standing there waiting for me when I showed up and took me in right away, and was constantly keeping me updated on what she was doing with my hair, how she was going to do it, and more.
