So I came here for a set of gel nails as soon as I changed my mind to just get them only removed older lady with bun and glasses left my hands in the acetone and just totally went with another customer and never came back. After 20 minutes of waiting even though I only had a dip I had to ask how long did I have to leave my nails dipped in the acetone and someone else finally came and removed them. The man that ended up removing the left over was very nice and polite. I’d give him a 5 star rating though but the experience with her I will not be coming back.

Everyone is so nice but my nails done today were unsatisfactory. They’re flat bottoms which I personally find so unattractive, and my left index finger is bumpy and ugly. Hannah shaped them and they looked great, but another lady took over to paint them. She took it upon her self to file them more herself and created flat bottoms.

I been going here for a while now and loved it but recently in my opinion I feel like they should go through new training they don’t know how shape nails they make them way to thick I try and tell them to fix them but they just get bother by it …. Idk they don’t know how to do simple designs and the price for the work they do don’t add up I would pay anything if they knew how to do the nails but they don’t 60 or up for a set that doesn’t look right isn’t worth it

one star is pushing it if i could give zero i would. don’t usually write reviews BUT LET ME TELL YOU this place is disgusting and very UNSANITARY got a mani and pedi i had acrylics prior the tech proceeded to pop my nails off rather than soak them off. mistake number one… i delt with it as the woman was older and i didn’t want to inconvenience her had it been somewhere else i would’ve got up and left. pedi was fine then came the mani this same elderly tech proceeded to cut her own skin and cuticles on her fingers with the same tools she used on me and proceeded to use them on me straight after right in-front of me absolutely horrid experience won’t be visiting again.

I love IGEL NAIL & SPA! They have excellent nail techs and customer care. The shop is beautiful! They even serve complimentary beverages…. the frozen margaritas are an extra plus!! Not to mention my nails are beautiful!!! I definitely will be going back!!!
