Over my dead body will I ever step foot in this salon again. I had been here a couple times with no complaints except they definitely do not sanitize their equipment but when I visited this salon a few weeks ago, I had to seek medical attention for what they did to my nails. The nail tech with short blonde hair completely DRILLED through my natural nail. She put the acrylic overlay on it and it burned 10x WORSE than getting my fingers tattooed. Once I spoke up about it, her and the owner both started screaming at me about how it was MY FAULT and then proceeded to make me pay for a service that was unfinished. I had to file a charge back with my bank, seek medical attention, and file a complaint with the board of cosmetology for the damages they did to me.

Rode past here a few times and decided to try it instead of my go to nail salon Bliss Nails. I will say The establishment itself is beautiful inside the decor is modern and chic you get a complimentary drink with your service over $26 and the women were really nice but at the end my paint job was not good at all. It was uneven and bulky for my acrylic fill with gel polish. I could still see acrylic that hadn’t been painted at the bottom so I just went back to my normal spot Bliss Nails right after leaving and they got my nails fixed. Unfortunately the decor isn’t enough for me to come back to this nail salon. Wish the finished product of my nails matched the excellent decor in the salon.

Only choose this salon if you have a few hours to kill. Just went for the first time because I had a gift certificate and I was there for 3 hours. No exaggeration. I even called ahead and made an appt and yet I was still there for 15+ minutes before the person who runs the shop touched my nails. And then she was going back and forth between me and another customer for over a half hour. My dip manicure is decent quality, but it shouldn’t have taken 2 hours. Then I switched to a pedicure chair and that took another hour even though I requested the “Express” treatment Additionally, the show on the tv was a WEIRD choice for what I would have thought was a relaxing spa. Lots of killing animals and eating them. Lastly, the music was obnoxious. And I’m 31 years old, so I am usually okay with most stuff. Again, not fitting for a salon. Be warned they charge $2 to use a credit card (but do have an ATM on site..is that fee $3??). The strangest salon experience I’ve ever had. Glad I have a regular place I love off of Magnolia.

I e been going here for 6 months. The service is great and the work is excellent. Mt favorite technician is Rose but I also love Lanny. I originally had posted five stars as they are up front very friendly. But unfortunately they really are not. Their acrylic nail sets are really, really thin with poor quality acrylic powder. The owner is not willing to express sympathy for a job badly done and she was extremely rude choosing to hang up during the conversation. Their most expensive pedicure is not a guaranteed experience; my friend and I got the same one and the woman working on her pedicure finished way sooner than when mine was done, even though we both were started at just about the same time. My pedicure was somehow not even finished appropriately despite the additional time and my toenails look horrible. Waste of money and waste of time – don’t go here!!!
