I’ve never had anything done before with my brows. Inna popped my brow cherry and she did a GREAT job. I came in for a brow lamination and tint and she took her time explaining the process to me. She showed me before and after pictures and told me what she was gonna do before she did it. It was very relaxing and I almost fell asleep (that’s how comfortable it was). I’m going to back and have her wax my brows.

My go-to! The ladies are so kind and they remember your name 🙂 I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded and recently started doing my Brazilian wax here too. I also recently got a my first ever facial done here too. I went for the 30-minute one just as an introduction and it was lovely! Very peaceful, I almost fell asleep lol. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I should have know better when I booked my appointment the lady wasn’t to friendly. My first experience was last year and the ladies at the time were great. I went in today for a facial thinking I was going to see the lady I had last time and didn’t. Just say this place wasn’t for me and my skin tone. I have always been insecure about my face moles and the lady there made me feel even worse. I went in for an extraction and came out looking the same way I went in. My face is still full of blackheads. Oh,let’s not forget the lady basically telling me my best bet was to go to a dermatologist. I will never return nor will I tell anyone else about this place.

I didn’t have a great experience here. First of all I had to wait almost 30 minutes. I did the computer self check out and it said my wait time would be 12 minutes. There should absolutely be more than one worker present I believe. Also, my eyebrows were a little messy and not trimmed correctly. I didn’t say anything which I know is on me. I just wanted to get out of there so bad! The lady in front of me was also unhappy as she asked for something changed like three times.

My first experience at Idolize was a lash lift and tint with Inna. She made me feel super comfortable and was gentle while explaining each step of the process. The salon/spa itself is beautifully decorated with white, gold, and pink finishes and was absolutely spotless. I will definitely be back for other lash, brow, or facial services!

This place is amazing it’s so nice and clean the ladies there were really kind and they made sure to learn your name I like that. I will be definitely going back there my eyebrows are perfect and l also like how they treated my mom she is visually impaired and in a wheel chair they accommodated for her and treated her really well.
