I typically go to the University location and have been pleased each time. I have naturally thick/arched brows and literally only need a slight clean up at most. I was on the other side of town today so I stopped here instead and left dissatisfied with a side of gaslighting.. the service was quick but my eyebrows were not even. I told her I felt like they weren’t even and pointed out that my right eyebrow for some reason had a small gap, like she had accidentally threaded or cut that part idk, but the tech argued she didn’t see what I was talking about and that they were even as if she knew better than the customer or like it was her face that had to go 2-6 weeks with a gap in their eyebrow.. Either way, I asked her to do what she could to make them match more and just be finished as I did not want to loose any more eyebrow to someone less trained and very unprofessional nor did I want to keep going back and forth about the clear GAP in one of my eyebrows that she claimed not to see. I will not be returning to this location. Pictures included (inverted)

Used to go to this location back in 2019. Moved back in 2022 and tried it again. Went once and it was great. Went a second time and my eyebrows were uneven. Went a third time and ended up with half the eyebrows that I started out with. Not trying for a fourth time, which is unfortunate because I have liked my tinting every time. Not being able to book threading ahead of time means you have no control over who does your brows and the service is very inconsistent among the staff.

OMGGGG. I cannot recommend this spot enough!!! First time and definitely not the last. Walk ins welcomed, just check in with the kiosk by the desk. Got my eyebrows and upper lip done, and including check in, wait time, service and check out, I couldn’t have been in there for more than 10 mins. Cashless payment accepted and very affordable. Pain level was a 3 for the eyebrows, 5 for the upper lip. Buts really not to bad!

I can only speak on eyebrow threading at this location, but I have been coming here for about 6 years and the experience has always been fantastic. The ladies are so polite and listen to what I am wanting done prior to threading. I have never had an issue with services rendered. My only note is usually there are only two women doing threading so you may wait for a little while longer on some days (think weekends/after 5pm/holidays), but I consider this good news b/c the ladies take their time and make sure you are satisfied before you leave the salon.
