Idolize Brows and Beauty at Whitehall

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityUNPROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment at 3:10, got there at 3:05 to see the pictured sign on the door and a lady sitting at the front desk. Another woman and I stood at the door (door said no threading and I was there for a wax and tint). The lady inside looked at us twice, then walked to a chair, grabbed her bag and walked out the back door. I understand being short-staffed and having to close, especially at this time, but let your appointments know with a phone call, or at the VERY least, open the door and tell us/ apologize. I wasted my time and gas driving from Rock Hill to be ignored when I had an appointment. I will never give Idolize my business, if they can’t respect my time, I can’t imagine how my eyebrows would look. I am absolutely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. If you’re considering going here, make sure you call them and confirm that they’re open.
