I called right away in the morning and asked for an appointment at 1pm and explained that I would be using my lunch break to get a fill done and fixed one of my nails and assured me it would be done in time for me to go back to work. And she cut them to the length and shape I wanted instead of the last shop I went to didn’t listen to what I wanted and only did what she wanted .

If I could give 10 stars I would. Made an appointment to get my nails fixed and filled in that were done at a different salon. Couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. Definitely will be going back for quality that doesn’t break your wallet.

I just needed a quick dip powder removal, a quick drill of the top layer and acetone soak. Called to make an appointment for 6:40 as I get out of work at 6:30, chose this place due to proximity and high ratings. They told me no problem and to come in. I arrive and the only nail tech rushes me in sits me down and proceeds to rip the dip power and rips off my nails!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve never experienced pain or discomfort getting a pedicure until this experience. I’m so disheartened to say this business does not seem to value clients or gentle, quality care. The staff was not kind and showed their true financially driven colors at the end of my appointment which was very disheartening. The pedicure is so visually unappealing (peeling polish, rough red skin all around the nails) that I want to go have it redone elsewhere but my feet are so sore I need to give them a few days to heal. I’ve never experienced pain or discomfort getting a pedicure until this experience. I’m so disheartened to say this business does not seem to value clients or gentle, quality care. The staff was not kind and showed their true financially driven colors at the end of my appointment which was very disheartening.
