The experience and the quality of nails were very nicely done but they told us that the callous remover was $5 extra when it said on the price menu $28 for a regular pedicure INCLUDING callous remover so they over charged us. I was taking my mom out for a nice pedicure since it was her birthday and ended up being a rip off so won’t be going again.

I read good reviews but my experience was not good she was impatient and cut my finger with electric file and today my pinky nail just broke off, getting my nails done is usually a pampering type thing I’m so hurt I didn’t get that .

Seriously the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. I needed an ombre fill. They acted like she knew what that was. First started dipping my finger. Realized that’s not how you do it. Tried 3 different times. Looked awful was lumpy, Cindy came over 3 times to explain it to her. That was after I asked for a cut down. She said a file? I said no- a cut…. I got a file anyways. They are so uneven- if I could figure out how to upload a picture- I will. Never checked lengths. I finally just asked for them to be painted. She ended up separating my skin under my nail And just saying “oops” when I jumped back. The polish job looks like my 8 year old painted them. Was absolutely horrendous. Paper on the wall said let them know if youre unhappy- clearly I did- and clearly they did nothing to correct it. Will never go back. Beware.

I felt that my pedicure and manicure were rushed. I went with friends and they both took longer with the pedicure, also no top coat was applied when done. I got dip nails and one hand was tacky at the end and the other hand the dip is so thick and uneven. I will not revisit this place. They also didn’t say anything about a $5 charge to get the dead skin off my feet.
