Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went there about a week ago and they did really good! The acrylic nails I got were thin they could have been thicker but only having them for about a week a nail broke off and I don’t use my hands harshly at all. I feel like if the acrylic was a lot thicker it wouldn’t break. I also asked for gel nail polish but I got regular nail polish instead but I still liked the nails and they came out great. I’m not sure what your guys policy is about a nail breaking off within a week of getting them done. There is a before when I first for them done and then a week after I got them done.Service: Acrylic nailsI went there about a week ago and they did really good! I went there about a week ago and they did really good! The acrylic nails I got were thin they could have been thicker but only having them for about a week a nail broke off and I don’t use my hands harshly at all. I asked if they were able to do this little flower on top of my ANC and it’s just the cutest!!! I’m so happy to have FINALLY found a place that I will be using for a very long time!! Most horrible experience in a nail salon!! I asked for white tops and I got white stripes.. my nails are not even covered all the way around with color nor the tips!! Had to file the sides of my nails when I got home.. the gentleman could not speak English, I guess anyway, and when I told him it wasn’t what I wanted he was aggressive.. he grabbed my hands and pushed them in the table where the UV light was, that didn’t work.. I could go on, but you get the jist!

Alice, my nail technician, did a wonderful job on my nails. She gently removed my grown out dip powdered nails, cut and reshaped them, and meticulously applied a new color dip powder. To top everything off, Alice gave me a nice shoulder massage using warmed towels to relax my shoulders and back after sitting for the manicure.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve gone here a few times because they are conveniently located, and I’ve been extremely upset with the prices and quality every time.I’ve had 2 sets of gel nails that have literally cracked the next day, and cat eye nail effect that didn’t look any different from regular polish.My current set of nails chipped the first time I did dishes. The same night I got them. This has never happened from any other salon I’ve been to. And to have it happen more than once… As you can see in the photos below, the shape was also done poorly. I got an ANC + tips done, which at the end was nice HOWEVER while getting them done I asked to get an oval shape rather than squared a couple of times, yet still ended up with squared off nails which isn’t the end of the world but definitely not what I wanted for $35. I don’t believe the person doing my nails understood English, as I tried to make small talk which ended up with the person asking a coworker what I asked every-time. Truthfully, the experience was uncomfortable since it was my first time getting extensions done and I was looking for someone to really hear me out with what I wanted. I ended up having to go back and get my nails removed when they started to fall off and the process ended up leaving my nail beds rough, uneven and quite honestly not sure if they took off too much of my natural nails or left some of the extensions since it looks down right horrible. It’s mainly the reason why I rated two stars. I am very disappointed with my experience overall, especially since I’ve heard otherwise from friends.

Without my asking another nail tech came over and started my manicure before my toes were even being painted. All together I was done around 7:30. They always do such a great job, they take their time and really care for what they are doing. Without my asking another nail tech came over and started my manicure before my toes were even being painted. All together I was done around 7:30.
