Donna is hands down the best nail artist in Dallas! When people see my nails they can’t believe she hand paints every little detail! Travis makes my feet bearable to look at. I walk in with some crazy looking toes, and I walk out with some show stoppers:-)

Came in for a mani, pedi and I also got my eye brows waxed as well. Lisa was very nice and professional, I didn’t get the other woman’s name but she just as wonderful. I love the new look they have inside. I’ve been coming here for a few years but it has been awhile since I came in. This place is my go to for nails and waxing.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy sisters and I went there, we all got pedicures and full set done. We waited for pedicures because we understood staff was busy. More people had came in and they were attended before us. Which of course was unfair since we had gotten there first. Not only that, the lady who did my nails was complaining about her back pain and still the owner made her do my full set. My nails were done poorly, they were rushed, they were so thin and just not what I wanted! I had mentioned to the lady who was doing my nails that I wanted a design on my nails and then she told the owner and because it was late and already time to go the owner said to me,” my friend we are already closed” and I told her I had mentioned to her before when we started the full set. Not to mention I wanted my nails matte. She kept talking in her language and ignored the fact that my nails were not done correctly!! That was the last time we are going there. That owner is so rude. This place is beautiful. They are very welcoming and it’s not over crowded. Most places I’ve been to I feel like just a number. They took their time and it was super clean. My nails turned out gorgeous and I can’t wait to come back 🙂

It was my first time visiting in a couple of years due to a bad experience. I was a bit iffy walking in but decided to give them another chance. The place is very different and super cute compared to the first time coming in. Cindy did my pedicure and did such an amazing job. She was very caring and made sure I was happy with the process and end result. Will definitely be back to see her in the future.

Went there yesterday my nails were horribly done by a girl I believe her name is Tiffany. They were left bumpy and with lots of glue all over and I payed $75 for and still left a tip. I had to go back and Donna fix them for me and made them look way better. Only person I recommend getting your nails done here is by Donna she takes her time and is GOOD at her job. I can’t believe Tiffany would actually let me leave with nails looking the way they did.

I went there because a coworker referred me to them. I was super excited because I was going to get my nails done for my birthday. I scheduled an appointment with Chris at 4:20pm. I got there at 4:10 and they asked me if I wanted to only see Chris or if anyone could do them. I told them that anyone since I am not very picky and I figured that maybe Chris was with someone and they could probably take me in faster. 30 minutes passed and they took me back. Only for them to walk me right back up to the lobby again because a little girl was in the chair that I was going to be seated in (the little girl was not getting anything done, she was just accompanying her mom). Another 30 minutes passed (total of one hour) and I still had not been taken back. As soon as I told the guy in the front that I had to leave he insisted that they could take me back right away because someone was available, didn’t even apologize for the wait. I am not really the type to complain but if I made an appointment for a specific time, I was not expecting to have to wait a whole hour. At the end I ended up leaving. A whole hour wasted.
